Floor 1
ENTRANCE, GARAGE & THEATRE ROOM
As you enter The Summit from the heated driveway, you’ll find the first floor designed for convenience and fun. The two-car heated garage includes a fold-up ping pong table and built-in ski racks, making it easy to store and prepare your gear. Adjacent to the garage is the ski locker room, complete with custom built-in cabinetry, boot, and glove warmers. Relax in the theater room with surround sound and a luxury Restoration Hardware couch for a perfect movie night. This floor also features custom-built twin XL bunk beds with private reading lamps and built-in shelves for charging your devices. The half bathroom on this floor includes a lighted mirror, heated tile floors, heated bidet smart toilets, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The elevator provides access to all five floors of the home.

Floor 2
BUNK ROOM, PATIO & HOT TUB
The second floor is a hub for dining and socializing. The bunk room features three sets of custom-built queen bunk beds with private reading lamps and built-in shelves for charging your devices, complemented by a living area with a couch, decorative chairs, and an 85" frame television with surround sound. Step out onto the patio to enjoy heated tiles, overhead heaters, a Restoration Hardware sectional couch, a 75" television, a gas fireplace, and a large luxury hot tub that accommodates up to seven adults.
This floor also includes two full bathrooms with lighted mirrors, heated tile floors, heated towel bars, large custom-tiled tub/showers, and heated bidet smart toilets. Suite One offers a Restoration Hardware king bed, private 65" frame television, motorized shades, and automated voice control, with a private ensuite bathroom featuring luxurious amenities. Suite Two features custom-built twin XL bunk beds, motorized shades, and automated voice control, with a private ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers.
Floor 3
KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING ROOM
The third floor is the centerpiece for cooking and dining. The fully equipped executive kitchen boasts two dishwashers, double ovens, a 48” cooktop, a 36” refrigerator, a 36” freezer, and a wine refrigerator. Coffee enthusiasts will love the espresso bar with a Gaggia espresso machine, Keurig machine, drip coffee machine, electric kettle, and Baratza coffee grinder. The wet bar features an ice machine, drink refrigerator, and glassware. The gorgeous 18 ft kitchen island provides seating for 16, making it a perfect gathering spot. The expansive dining area seats 14 and includes a 65" frame television and motorized shades.
The beautifully appointed living room features a large Restoration Hardware sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and a 75" frame television. The heated patio overlooking Whitefish Mountain Resort and the peaks of Glacier National Park includes heated tiles, overhead heaters, a Restoration Hardware sectional couch, a 75" television, a gas fireplace, a large patio dining table, and a grill. A half bathroom with lighted mirror, heated tile floors, heated bidet smart toilets, and motorized shades completes this floor.

Floor 4
MASTER SUITE & KING BEDROOMS
The fourth floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation. Suite Three features a Restoration Hardware king bed, a private 65" frame television, motorized shades, and automated voice control, with a private ensuite bathroom offering luxurious amenities. Suite Four mirrors these features, ensuring all guests enjoy the height of comfort. The Master Suite is a sanctuary, featuring a Restoration Hardware king bed, a gas fireplace, a Keurig machine, a wine refrigerator, a walk-in closet, and incredible views facing Glacier National Park. The luxurious master ensuite offers a double vanity, lighted mirrors, heated tile floors, heated towel bars, a soaking tub, and a steam shower with double waterfall shower heads. There is also a separate office with a docking station, computer monitor, keyboard and mouse, and printer. A second laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers is also located on this floor.


Floor 5
PENTHOUSE, GAME ROOM & DECK
The Penthouse, accessible by stairs or private elevator, offers a stunning retreat with panoramic views. Suite Six features a Restoration Hardware king bed, a private 65" frame television, motorized shades, and automated voice control, with a private ensuite bathroom. Suite Seven offers the same luxurious accommodations. The game room includes a pool table and bubble hockey for entertainment. The 13 ft wet bar is equipped with two mini refrigerators, an ice machine, a dishwasher, a Keurig machine, and an 85” frame television. The living area features a Restoration Hardware sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and an 85” frame television with a glass wall overlooking Whitefish Mountain Resort. The patio offers seating and a bird’s-eye view of the ski resort, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

USING HOUSE AMENITIES
Below you'll find comprehensive instructions on how to use some of the amenities around The Summit. This includes things like, remotes, shades, the Sonos system, charging stations, the hot tub etc.
1. Power On/Off:
- Press the Power button at the top to turn the TV on or off.
2. Volume Control:
- Press Volume Up (+) to increase volume.
- Press Volume Down (-) to decrease volume.
- Press Mute to silence or unmute.
3. Channel Control:
- Use Channel Up (▲) and Channel Down (▼) to navigate channels.
4. Smart Hub Navigation:
- Press the Home button (house icon) to access the Smart Hub.
- Use directional buttons (▲▼◄►) to navigate.
- Press Select (center of directional pad) to choose options.
5. Art Mode:
- Press the Art button to enter Art Mode.
- Use directional buttons to browse artworks.
- Press Select to display artwork.
- Exit Art Mode by pressing the Home or Power button.
6. Input Selection:
- Press the Source button to switch inputs.
- Highlight and select the desired input using directional buttons and select.

The remotes for automated shades are located on the wall under the light switch.

1. Turning On the Fireplace: Locate the fireplace remote control.
2. Activate the fireplace by pressing the Power button on the remote.
3. Adjusting Flame Height:
Use the Flame Up (▲) and Flame Down (▼) buttons on the remote to adjust the flame height to your preference.
4. Setting the Temperature:
Press the Thermostat button on the remote.
Adjust the room temperature using the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons.
5. Turning Off the Fireplace:
To turn off the fireplace, press the Power button on the remote or switch the wall switch to the "Off" position.
6. Using the Timer (if available):
If your fireplace has a timer function, press the Timer button on the remote.
Set the desired operation time using the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons.
7. Safety Tips:
Never leave the fireplace unattended while it is in operation.
Keep children away from the fireplace when it is on.
Avoid touching the glass front when the fireplace is hot or shortly after it has been turned off.

- Place your ski boots on the designated warming racks
2. Warming Time:
- Typically, boots will be sufficiently warmed within 15-30 minutes.
3. Removing Boots:
- Once warmed, carefully remove your boots from the warmer.
- Ensure the warmer is turned off after use to conserve energy.
4. Safety Tips:
- Avoid placing wet or damp boots directly into the warmer to prevent damage.
- Do not leave boots in the warmer longer than necessary to avoid overheating.

Tesla Wall Connector is in the garage on the right wall.

Park your Tesla within reach of the charger, ensuring it is securely in park and powered off.

Unlock the charge port on your Tesla vehicle using the touchscreen or key fob.

Plug the connector into the charge port until it clicks securely into place.

The charging process will automatically begin.

Monitor the vehicle’s charging progress using the Tesla mobile app or by checking the vehicle’s touchscreen display.

To stop charging, unlock the charge port and press the button on the connector handle to release it from the charge port.
Ensure the charging cable and connectors are in good condition before use.
Avoid running the cable where it can be damaged or create a tripping hazard.

1. Turning On the Steam Generator:
Locate the control panel inside shower.
Turn on the steam generator by pressing the power button.
2. Setting the Temperature:
Use the temperature control panel to set your desired steam temperature. Typical steam temperatures range between 100°F to 120°F (38°C to 49°C).
3. Adjusting Steam Duration:
Set the duration for how long you want the steam to operate. This can usually be adjusted using a timer function or duration settings on the control panel.
4. Waiting for Steam Generation:
Allow a few minutes for the steam generator to heat up and produce steam. The control panel may indicate when steam is ready.
5. Entering the Steam Shower:
Once steam is generated, enter the shower and close the door tightly to maintain steam inside.
6. Enjoying the Steam:
Relax and enjoy the soothing steam for up to 20-30 minutes or as desired. Sit or recline comfortably to maximize relaxation.
7. Exiting the Steam Shower:
After use, turn off the steam generator using the control panel.
Open the steam shower door cautiously to avoid exposure to hot steam.
8. Safety Tips:
Always ensure the steam shower area is well-ventilated after use to prevent moisture buildup.
Drink water before and after using the steam shower to stay hydrated.
Avoid using the steam shower if you have health conditions that may be aggravated by high humidity or heat.
Absolutely no fires are allowed on the property. Although fireworks may be legal in Montana, their use is not permitted on the Property at any time. If caught lighting fires or setting off fireworks, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Fire Safety
Whitefish Montana is surrounded by National Forest and Wilderness. This means that wildlife, insects, and reptiles are native to Montana. You may encounter or see this wildlife on or around the property. Guests shall take all reasonable precautions to protect by closing windows and doors, refraining from approaching, or feeding wildlife, and refraining from leaving garbage, rubbish, or food where it would be accessible to wildlife. The City of Whitefish will fine Guest for not putting their garbage in wildlife proof containers or keeping it in the garage.
Wildlife
No pets are permitted at any time, not even visiting pets, inside or outside. If evidence of a pet is found and documented, the pet is to be immediately removed and the credit card on file will be charged a pet fine.
Pets
Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property this includes vaping, marijuana, and cigarettes. This includes the entirety of the premises and outdoor facilities such as porches or decks. Evidence of smoking during one’s stay will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all paid expenses. In addition, the credit card on file will be charged a smoking fine .
Smoking
There will be no illegal activities on the premises, including but not limited to: possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21; or the possession or use of any illegal drugs.
Alcohol & Drugs
Please use the provided coasters to protect all wood surfaces (tables, side tables, countertops, etc.). Any damage to the wood will be charged to the guest.

Ski boots are not allowed on hardwood floor. Skis & Snowboards are not permitted inside house. Ski & Snowboard storage in available in garage or outside warming room door near ski slope.
