Newly constructed in 2021, the O’Brien St. Condos offer quick access to all that Whitefish has to offer! With downtown Whitefish shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away, you are a quick walk to all the excitement while being tucked away from the traffic and noise of the main downtown streets. Enjoy easy access to Big Mountain Resort for skiing & summer activities - it is a 15 minute drive or you can catch the free S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle. Big Mountain Resort is home to 3,000+ acres of award-winning ski slopes! The bike path entrance leading to Whitefish Lake is right at the end of the street, making for a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to Whitefish Lake’s City Beach. Glacier National Park is a 45 minute drive, and boasts breathtaking vistas & endless opportunities for adventure.

This penthouse unit has two dedicated, covered parking spaces as well as its own ski locker usable for storing outdoor gear year-round. Relax after a day on the trails, sunbathe or unwind with your group on the shared rooftop patio - the rooftop offers a common area with outdoor kitchen, grill, seating, gas firepit & incredible views of Whitefish River, Big Mountain & Glacier National Park.
LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS & ENSUITE FEATURES
O’Brien Penthouse East features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1, the master suite, is elegantly furnished with a cozy king size bed and offers walk-out access to the north patio. Its ensuite boasts custom tile work, double vanity, luxurious steam shower & heated electronic toilet. Bedroom 2, the bunk room, includes an oversized queen over queen bunk bed with additional twin trundle underneath, and a full ensuite with bathtub, double vanity, and heated electronic toilet. Bedroom 3 offers a second king size bed with full ensuite, featuring a double vanity, steam shower, heated electronic toilet, and hallway access to service the main living area.

USING HOUSE AMENITIES
Below you'll find comprehensive instructions on how to use some of the amenities around home.
1. Power On/Off:
- Press the Power button at the top to turn the TV on or off.
2. Volume Control:
- Press Volume Up (+) to increase volume.
- Press Volume Down (-) to decrease volume.
- Press Mute to silence or unmute.
3. Channel Control:
- Use Channel Up (▲) and Channel Down (▼) to navigate channels.
4. Smart Hub Navigation:
- Press the Home button (house icon) to access the Smart Hub.
- Use directional buttons (▲▼◄►) to navigate.
- Press Select (center of directional pad) to choose options.
5. Art Mode:
- Press the Art button to enter Art Mode.
- Use directional buttons to browse artworks.
- Press Select to display artwork.
- Exit Art Mode by pressing the Home or Power button.
6. Input Selection:
- Press the Source button to switch inputs.
- Highlight and select the desired input using directional buttons and select.

Ensure the area around the fireplace is clear of flammable objects.
1. Turning On the Fireplace: Locate the fireplace remote control.
2. Activate the fireplace by pressing the Power button on the remote.
3. Adjusting Flame Height:
Use the Flame Up (▲) and Flame Down (▼) buttons on the remote to adjust the flame height to your preference.
4. Setting the Temperature:
Press the Thermostat button on the remote.
Adjust the room temperature using the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons.
5. Turning Off the Fireplace:
To turn off the fireplace, press the Power button on the remote or switch the wall switch to the "Off" position.
6. Using the Timer (if available):
If your fireplace has a timer function, press the Timer button on the remote.
Set the desired operation time using the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons.
7. Safety Tips:
Never leave the fireplace unattended while it is in operation.
Keep children away from the fireplace when it is on.
Avoid touching the glass front when the fireplace is hot or shortly after it has been turned off.
Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of your gas fireplace!
1. Turning On the Steam Generator:
Locate the control panel inside shower.
Turn on the steam generator by pressing the power button.
2. Setting the Temperature:
Use the temperature control panel to set your desired steam temperature. Typical steam temperatures range between 100°F to 120°F (38°C to 49°C).
3. Adjusting Steam Duration:
Set the duration for how long you want the steam to operate. This can usually be adjusted using a timer function or duration settings on the control panel.
4. Waiting for Steam Generation:
Allow a few minutes for the steam generator to heat up and produce steam. The control panel may indicate when steam is ready.
5. Entering the Steam Shower:
Once steam is generated, enter the shower and close the door tightly to maintain steam inside.
6. Enjoying the Steam:
Relax and enjoy the soothing steam for up to 20-30 minutes or as desired. Sit or recline comfortably to maximize relaxation.
7. Exiting the Steam Shower:
After use, turn off the steam generator using the control panel.
Open the steam shower door cautiously to avoid exposure to hot steam.
8. Safety Tips:
Always ensure the steam shower area is well-ventilated after use to prevent moisture buildup.
Drink water before and after using the steam shower to stay hydrated.
Avoid using the steam shower if you have health conditions that may be aggravated by high humidity or heat.
Absolutely no open flames or fires are allowed on the property except in the designated fire pit. Unauthorized flames or fires will result in guests be asked to immediately vacate the property.
Fire Safety
The dumpster for all guest trash is located on the South side of the building just outside of the main garage (serving the 200 level condos, level 1 on the elevator). It is a round black dumpster labeled 124 O'Brien.
Please only use the designated dumpster.
Sanitation/Trash Management
Socks on, Shoes off! To preserve floors, we ask you please remove shoes while inside the home. Please NEVER walk in ski boots indoors as this could cause costly damage to the surfaces.
Shoes Off Please
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs allowed on property, whether inside the home or outside. Smoking will result in guests be asked to immediately vacate the property.

No guests other than those accounted for on the reservation are permitted inside the home or on property unless
prior written approval from owner is secured. Unapproved guests brought into the home or allowed on property will result in a $350/person charge per occurrence.
Unapproved Guests
Booking through third parties is not permitted. The guest who makes the reservation must be present during the entire stay.
Third Party Bookings
The Guest and all members of their rental party must be respectful to our neighbors. This includes driving slowly on the road to the Property, not creating any noise (including music) which the neighbors can hear, and maintaining a respectful volume in the hallways and common areas, especially in the evening and during the night. Any violation of this will result in the guest being required to leave immediately, with no refund for any unused rental time.
