WHITEFISH LAKE
A short riverside trail walk from downtown brings visitors to the shore of Whitefish's freshwater gem. A recreation hub in the Summer months, paddlers a-plenty are found crossing the lake's crystalline waters by board, kayak and canoe. And with wintery views of Big Mountain appearing during ski season, City Beach remains an ideal spot for a for a chilly family photo-op.

DOWNTOWN CULTURE
Northern charm is always in season in downtown Whitefish. Have a walk around, grab a coffee and shop the local boutiques. Stay late and socialize at the Red Room or enjoy rockin' live music at the Remmington. Find out why our mountainous corner of Montana is fondly known as 'The Last Best Place.'

FARMERS MARKET
The community-cherished Whitefish farmers market fills Depot Park every Tuesday evening from mid-May to late September. Reap the bounty of springtime's harvest with fresh produce and meats sold directly from Flathead Valley farmers. At the many other tent stands you'll find local vendors selling soaps, souvenirs, mementos and artwork. Come celebrate our thriving community and inbound Summer days to the sound of live music as Depot Park becomes a food-truck mecca.
